Bricks

Background Info: The basics of Brick (Sneaker) flipping is found in gaining knowledge of and an understanding of how technology can guide you in increasing your profit margins and investing in the right products. Brick flipping is the process of locating and purchasing shoes and selling them through third parties for a profit. How this works is you find a shoe with a discounted retail price. After locating the shoe, you search this exact shoe up on well known & trustworthy insider sites, including Stock X, for example. You then find those deals where the profit margin is highest and you buy the shoe at the discounted price and earn profit on resale. As your knowledge of the market grows, and your understanding of the customer improves, you will soon be able to spot a good deal on a shoe in no time.

Tips When Searching For Shoes: You always have to be thinking of the resale when looking at any shoe. I recommend having two screens in front of you - one with the sales available and one where you can search resale value. I literally will at times go shoe by shoe until I find the best profit margins out of those sales available. Do not focus on which one you think is popular or looks the coolest or is the newest release. Remember, it’s all about profit margin. In my opinion, any good flip should earn you a profit margin between $35-$100+ to post. Size of shoes is another area that you will learn and have trial and error. One helpful way to narrow the size is to go on resell websites and pay attention to what size is being sold at what price. Oftentimes, there will be a “popular” size in a specific shoe that is selling higher than the others. Details such as these during your searches are what will help the overall goal of increasing your profit margin. I recommend spending 90 percent of your time with men’s shoes versus women’s or children’s. As mentioned earlier, also pay attention to any additional ways to discount the pricing - do they allow you to sign up for text messages for a discount, for example. Or can you give an email address for a sale code. Is there a clearance section on the website? Pay attention to any information about upcoming sales or events.

Dropshipping A method used to maximize profit margins. What you do is you post the product/shoe on eBay for the price you want. After someone purchases it and you receive the funds, you purchase the actual item from the online website and you ship it straight to their house due to free or small $ on shipping instead of shipping it home and then spending money and shipping it to the client.

Rakuten: Rakuten is a website I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend using. What this site does, is it basically gives you free money. This site allows you to earn what's called “CashBack”. This website is filled with tons and tons of websites, including the websites listed above. What the website really does is it rewards you for using their site and getting people to buy off it without even knowing. The site lists a bunch of websites with discounted products and shows you how much potential cashback you can earn. The picture to the right shows you an example of what I'm talking about. You can see the different options it gives you as to what money you can make for which product. You pick which product you want to re-post, you post the link with the product information from Rakuten and you earn cash back every time someone uses that link to access the site and purchase that item. Depending on the product, you can receive anywhere from 1% - 25% of the total price of the order the customer purchased. In addition, this website gives you information on sales that footsites are having. These are usually not sales known by the general public or advertised publicly beforehand and they’re conveniently located in one place. In the pic below you can see that it shows discounts on Nike, Finish Line, and Adidas, which can result in you finding a great flip! That’s where the fun begins! A TON of people don’t know about this app. Keep it a secret...lol
